Chapter 40.02, Subd. B, shall be amended by <br /> adding the following: <br /> i!Ql Furniture Showroom. A retail facility used for the <br /> sole purpose of displaying items for selection but not <br /> inventoried on site. <br /> SECTION II. Chapter 40.17, Subd. B, shall be amended by <br /> adding the following: <br /> The following are permitted uses in a a-2 District: <br /> i!il Furniture showroom without warehousinq. <br /> .. SECTION III.
