ORDINANCE N0.707 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 400, CHAPTER 405 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 405.02, SUBD. 1 AS TO APPOINTMENT <br />OF MEMBERS OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 405.02, Subd. 1 of the Mounds View Municipal Code relating to <br />appointment of members of the Parks and Recreation Commission is hereby amended by <br />the addition of the bold and double underlined language and the deletion of the f~etd-aR~ <br />s#iske~ language as o ows: <br />405.02: MEMBERSHIP; OATH; COMPENSATION: <br />Subd. 1. Appointment of Members:. The Commission shall consist of ~i~e <br />{9} members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the <br />majority of the Council. The Mayor, with approval of the City Council, <br />shall appoint a chairperson at the first regular meeting of the Council in <br />January. <br />SECTION 2.
