ORDINANCE N0.744 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF NIINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING EXCESS UTILITY EASEMENTS ASSOCIATED <br />WITH THE VELMIER CVS DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City of Mounds View to vacate a utility <br />easement originally granted to the City through the platting of the Amoco Silver Addition, a public <br />utility easement granted in 1970, and highway easements granted to the City, all legally described <br />as follows: <br />Easement A: A drainage and utility easement over, under and across the southwest five <br />feet of lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Amoco Silver Addition, dated April 4, 1991, <br />recorded as Document No. 2590300. <br />Easement B: A utility easement over, under, above and across the west five feet of the <br />following described property, recorded October 16, 1970, as Doc. No. <br />550710: <br />That part of Lot fifty-nine (59), Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, lying South of a line described as follows: Commencing at the <br />• Northwest corner of said Lot fifty-nine (59); thence South along the West line of <br />said Lot fifty-nine (59), 257.93 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />Southeasterly to a point on the East line of said Lot fifty-nine (59), 257.93 feet <br />South of the Northeast corner and there terminating, according to the plat thereof <br />filed of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles within and for said County <br />of Ramsey, Subject to a five (5) foot strip easement along the rear line for public <br />utility use such as setting of poles, stringing of wires, trimming or removing <br />trees, if necessary for line clearance and laying of underground conduits. <br />Easement C: A Highway easement over, under, above and across the following <br />described property, recorded as Doc. No. 508273: <br />The South 20 feet of the following described property: Lot 58, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except that part lying <br />Northeasterly of a line parallel with and 75 feet Southwesterly from the <br />centerline of Minnesota State Trunk Highway No. 10/62. <br />Easement D: A Highway easement dated September 7, 1966 over, under, above and <br />across the following described property, recorded as Doc. No. 503404: <br />The South 20 feet, except Silver Lake Road, of the following described property: <br />Lot 59, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except that <br />part lying Northeasterly of a line parallel with and 75 feet Southwesterly from <br />• the centerline of Minnesota State Trunk Highway No. 10/62. <br />
