ORDINANCE NO. 749 <br />• CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CHARTER <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 9.01 OF THE CITY CHARTER <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View, pursuant to the <br />recommendation of the City of Mounds View Charter Commission, has hereby <br />determined that Section 9.01, of the City Charter be amended by the addition of the <br />bold and double-underlined language and by the deletion of the <br />language as follows: <br />Section 9.01. Acquisition of Property. The City may acquire by purchase, gift, <br />condemnation, or otherwise, any real property, either within or without its boundaries, <br />that may be needed by the City for any public purpose. In acquiring property by <br />exercising the power of eminent domain, the City sha(I proceed according to Minnesota <br />law, Chapter 117 as amended, or other applicable items. <br />• SECTION 2.
