ORDINANCE NO. 751 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE LONG RANGE FINANCIAL PLAN FOR 2004 <br />WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.05, calls for a long term financial plan to <br />be prepared annually and adopted by ordinance; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have reviewed the plan at numerous work <br />sessions during 2004; <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />The Long Range Financial Plan, as attached to this ordinance, is hereby adopted for the <br />Year 2004. <br />Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 9th day of August, 2004. <br />Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 23~d day of <br />August, 2004. <br />• <br />r ,- ayor <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />.a <br />• <br />
