Mounds View <br />ORDINANCE N0.758 .' <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RA1411SEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ay ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />BY AMENDING CHAPTER 603, <br />GARBAGE AND RUBBISH <br />The City of Council of the City of <br />Mounds View hereby ordains: <br />SECTION 1. Subd 2b of Section 603.06 <br />is hereby amended with additions <br />underlined' and deletions struck through. <br />to read es follotns: ` <br />Subd b. Additignal Restrictions for <br />Residential Haulers: In addition to the <br />other requirements of 4his Chapter, <br />haulers servicing residences, mobile <br />home parks and multiple dwelNngs shall <br />comply. with tite following: <br />(1} Curbside recycling collection will tie <br />made available to all residential and <br />multiple dtveliirtg customers no later than <br />July 1, 1990. Such service shell include <br />alt et least bi-weekly collection of all ' <br />recycltibie materials on the same day as <br />` gaibaf3e and 'rubbish. collection for <br />rasidertces. <br />(2) Collecton of garbage and rubbish <br />materials w1A be provided on 'a weekly <br />basis and recyclable materials will be <br />pripvided qn an at least t~-weekly basis, <br />but not necessarily on the same day. for <br />multiple dwellings and mobile Home <br />"parks. <br />(3) Collection service priced on the basis <br />of volume shah be provided. Ail btilings <br />shall be itemized so as to show what <br />individual charges are being levied. <br />(4) Each licensee shall separately <br />collect and. dispose of yard waste on a <br />regular basis for a minimum of eight (8) <br />weeks in the spring, commencing on April <br />1, and eight (6) weeks in the fall,, <br />commencing On September 15. <br />(5) Collection of gauge. and rubbish <br />materials for single family residence shell <br />be restricted to ~rW <br />Thursday's only, except when <br />3Medpesday~-ef Thursday is a legal <br />holiday. In the. case of a holiday, the <br />collection: .will occur the following <br />business day.: <br />SECTION 2.
