<br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />ORDINANCE N0.761 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONING OF THE THREE ACRE PIECE OF <br />SYSCO OUTLOT A ASSOCIATED WITH THE SYSCO SECOND ADDITION PLAT <br />FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (I-1) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />On May 22, 2006, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which changes the <br />zoning of a three-acre strip of land adjacent to SYSCO, north of Highway 10, from "Industrial" <br />to "Planned Unit Development." The rezoning is intended to make the designation consistent <br />with the SYSCO property with which it will be combined.
