C7 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 776 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FIVE YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN FOR 2006 <br />WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.05, calls for a five year financial plan to <br />be prepared annually and adopted by ordinance; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have reviewed the plan at a work session <br />during 2006; <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />The Five Year Financial Plan, as attached to this ordinance, is hereby adopted for the <br />Year 2006. <br />Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 24th day of July, 2006. <br />Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 14tt' day of <br />August, 2006. ~ <br />Rob tGlarty, Mayor <br />Ulrich, City Administrator <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />City Attorri~y <br />• <br />
