Attached garages must conform to the front <br />and rear setback requirements for the principle structure, and the side yard setback shall be at <br />least five feet (5'). <br /> <br />c. ~ No accessory building gara~gg in an R-1 District shall exceed nine hundred fifty-two <br />(952) square feet in area, except by conditional use permit. (Ord. 620, 7-27-98) <br />d. ~ The combined square footage of accessory buildings in a rear yard shall not exceed <br />twenty percent (20%) of the rear yard. If an accessory building is to be utilized for the storage of frequently-used vehicles, it shall <br />be serviced by an improved driveway so as to control dust, drainage and erosion, according to <br />the requirements as set forth in Section 902.05 of this Code. <br />Subd. 2. Outdoor, Uncovered Parking Spaces: <br />a. Parking spaces for residential vehicles as regulated by Section 607.06, Chapter 802 and <br />Chapter 1121 of the Municipal Code. <br />b. RV Storage: Storage of recreational vehicles and equipment leased or owned by the <br />resident as regulated by Chapter 802 of this Municipal Code. <br />Subd. 3.
