RESOLUTION NO. 7407 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Adopting a Modification to Sections 2.2 thru 2.4 of the City's Purchasing Policy <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to maintain a purchasing policy that is up-to-date with <br />Minnesota State Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota statute 471.345 was amended by the legislature to increase <br />the threshold for bid requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the policy in sections 2.2 thru 2.4 on uniform municipal contracting <br />would need to be modified to reflect this amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has discussed the proposed changes and wishes to <br />include the modifications in the City's purchasing policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View that the City's purchasing policy, Sections 2.2 thru 2.4 on uniform municipal <br />contracting, will be modified to reflect the attached wording. <br />Adopted this 9th day of February 2009. <br />eF h r <br />ATTEST: <br />(.SEAL) <br />~~~~, F,~ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />
