To adopt Resolution 6949 Accepting the Preliminary <br />Design of Landscape Architecture Elements for the County Road 10 Trailway Corridor, as <br />amended. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br />Councilmember Gunn suggested the Council note their questions and discuss them with Finance <br />Director Beer at a later date. <br />MOTION/SECOND: THOMAS/MARTY. To approve the Just and Correct Claims as <br />Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. September 11, 2006 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor Marty noted he and Councilmember Gunn called in their changes to City Administrator <br />Ulrich. <br />MOTION/SECOND: MARTY/GUNN. To Approve the September, 2006 City Council meeting <br />minutes as corrected. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A.
