~`` €~~4 <br />,~ <br />(5) The permanent residents residing in independent living units shall be <br />limited to persons who are 55 years of age or over except that one other family <br />member or designated caregiver may reside with the permanent senior resident <br />in accordance with any pertinent tease provision. <br />(6) The City may require the developer or builder of senior housing to install <br />screening and buffering, such as landscaping, berming or fencing (or a combination of <br />these methods), to help protect neighboring properties. <br />SECTION 2.
