ORDINANCE NO. 827 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1104.01 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING <br />CODE, PERTAINING TO BUILDING ENCROACHMENT REGULATIONS <br />The City of Mounds View ordains: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100, <br />Chapter 1104 of the Mounds View Zoning Code pertaining to "Encroachments" by <br />deleting the ~+,- language and adding the underlined text as follows: <br />Chapter 1104.01, Subd. 5. Encroachments: <br />c. Terraces, steps, deEk~-; stoops or similar features; provided they do not <br />extend above the height of the ground floor level of the principal structure or <br />to a distance less than two (2') feet from any lot line. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect 30 days after its publication in the official City <br />newspaper. <br />INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING by the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />this 10th day of August, 2009. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, SECOND READING AND ADOPTION by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View this 24th day of August, 2009. <br />PUBLICATION DATE: September 3, 2009 <br />ATTEST: <br />or <br />(seal) <br />`,~ Gn~~ <br />City Clerk-Administrator <br />
