RESOLUTION 7497 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING STEP/LONGEVITY ADJUSTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the following below is a regular full-time employee who is currently <br />working for the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, his supervisor reviewed his performance as it relates to the <br />responsibilities outlined in the job description; and <br />WHEREAS, his supervisor determined that the following employee below has <br />satisfactorily performed in the capacity of his position documented in his performance <br />review on file; and <br />WHEREAS, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the Mounds View <br />Personnel Manual and Labor Agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment to the following indicated in the chart. <br />NAME CURRENT DATE OF CURRENT STEP & EFFECTIVE <br /> POSITION EMPLOYMENT/ STEP & WAGE DATE OF <br /> CURRENT POSITION WAGE ADJUSTMENT ADJUSTMENT <br />Brett Public Works October 11, 2006 Level B: Level C: Oct 11, 2009 <br />Brisbois Maintenance $22.88/hr $24.07/hr <br />Adopted this 14th day of September, 2009. <br />oe FI or <br />ATTEST: <br />~ ~ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
