RESOLUTION NO. 7503 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO RICK WRISKEY <br />FOR HIS 28 YEARS OF SERVICE AS THE CITY FORESTER <br />WHEREAS, Rick Wriskey was appointed as City Forester since 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, Rick Wriskey has planted thousands of trees for the City of <br />Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, Rick Wriskey has served the City with a high level of <br />enthusiasm and dedication; and <br />WHEREAS, Rick Wriskey has gained the respect and gratitude of the City <br />Council, City Staff and the residents of Mounds View. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council and Staff of <br />the City of Mounds View, and on behalf of the residents of the City of Mounds <br />View, expresses its appreciation to Rick Wriskey for his dedication and devoted <br />service as the Mounds View City Forester. <br />Adopted this 28th day of September, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joe Flahe or <br />~Coun i ember Stign C ncilmem er H I <br />Councilmemb r Mueller unciln~ r Gunn <br />e~~ ~~~~ <br />James Ericson <br />City Clerk-Administrator <br />
