ORDINANCE N0.834 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 500, CHAPTER 504, OF <br />THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE REGULATING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, <br />TRANSIENT MERCHANTS, NON-COMMERCIAL DOOR TO DOOR ADVOCATES, <br />AND SIMILARLY SITUATED PERSONS <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. NON-COMMERCIAL DOOR TO DOOR ADVOCATE: A person who goes door to door for <br />the primary purpose of disseminating reli 7io~us political social or othe-• ideological beliefs. <br />For purposes of this ordinance the term door-to-doo-• advocate shall fall under the term <br />solicitor and shall include door-to-door canvassing and pamphleteering intended for non- <br />com~nercial purposes. <br />3~5717v7 M.IM MU125-GS <br />Pale 1 <br />
