RESOLUTION 7509 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RENEWAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW AND NORTHWEST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View firs# entered into an agreement with <br />Northwest Youth and Family Services in 1976; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Northwest Youth and Family Services mission is to prepare <br />youth and families for healthy lives; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View greatly values the services Northwest <br />Youth and Family Services has provided Mounds View residents for over 30 years; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the current Agreement expires at the end of 2009 and will need <br />to be renewed to continue to receive the services provided by Northwest Youth and <br />Family Services; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement includes a termination provision should the City of <br />Mounds View or Northwest Youth and Family Services ever desire to end its <br />association. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve the renewal of the Agreement with Northwest Youth and <br />Family Services for a period of five years, beginning January 1, 2010. <br />Adopted this 12~h day of October, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />..~ <br />,~ _~ <br />1 ~ " y~, -^ <br />;Joe F~Jahert , Ma or <br />r`" ~. __._.. y y <br />c?~rnt~ C~~~Yv <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal} <br />
