RESOLUTION 7531 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER, <br />PARKS AND RECREATION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE YMCA OF GREATER ST. PAUL <br />WHEREAS, the YMCA of Greater St. Paul has been providing management and <br />recreational programming services for the City of Mounds View since July of 1999; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement with the YMCA is outdated and in need of renewal; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City and The YMCA have been working on a renewal agreement <br />that was reviewed by the City Council at their Work Session meeting on November 2, <br />2009; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City and the YMCA desire to execute the attached revised Mounds <br />View Community Center, Parks And Recreation Management Agreement to be effective <br />January 1, 2010. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the attached Mounds View Community Center, Parks And Recreation <br />Management Agreement with the YMCA of Greater St. Paul, effective January 1, 2010, <br />and authorizes the mayor and Clerk-Administrator to execute said agreement on its behalf. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of November, 2009 <br />e FI r <br />ATTEST: j <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
