MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGL~NCE <br />3. ROLL CALL: Linke, Quick, Marty, Stigney, and Gunn <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, May 24, 2004 City Council Agenda. <br />r~ <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich requested that Item 8B be removed for discussion. <br />Mayor Linke indicated he would like to move 9B, C, and D before A to open up the assessment <br />hearing and continue it to June 14, 2004 due to issues with Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Monday, May 24, 2004 Agenda as <br />Amended. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />David Jahnke indicated he was disappointed on the Church vote because it does not follow the <br />Comprehensive Plan and he thinks this Council made a decision long term that will hurt the City. <br />Mr. Jahnke reminded Council that he had asked the City to look at the golf course and some type <br />of plan to solve the problems out there so that it does not keep going further into debt. <br />Mayor Linke indicated the City has looked at several scenarios and asked for more information <br />on several of them for discussion. <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated he would send the information to Mr. Jahnke. <br />
