RESOLUTION 7599 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2010 - 2011 LABOR AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE MOUNDS VIEW PUBLIC WORKS COLLECTIVE BARGAIN{NG UNIT <br />WHEREAS, the previously approved Mounds View Public Works Collective <br />Bargaining Unit Labor Agreement expired at the end of 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Public Works Bargaining Unit held a series of <br />negotiating sessions in an effort to ratify a new finro year agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met in Executive Sessions to consider revised <br />terms associated with the 2010 - 2011 Labor Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit has <br />reviewed and approved the terms as represented in the attached 2010 - 2011 Labor <br />Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve the Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit Labor <br />Agreement effective for two (2) years from January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2011. <br />Adopted this 22"d day of March, 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />~ <br />e Flaherty, ayor <br />~~~~ ~~u~ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
