RESOLUTION 7603 CiTY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA APPROVING THE SCHEDULE OF COSTS AND SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT FOR PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE 2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - AREA B/C WHEREAS, on February 23, 2009 the City Council adopted Resolution 7415 establishing components of the Private Improvement Program in which private property owners can have their driveway and service utilities improved as part of the Street and Utility Improvement Program; and WHEREAS, on February 8, 2010 the City Council adopted Resolution 7575 approving the plans and specifications, setting the bid date, and authorizing the adve~tisement for bids for the 2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project - Area B/C; and WHEREAS, on March 11, 2010 at 2:00 pm, thirteen sealed bids were received ranging from $2,961,311.05 to $3,797,843.50 for construction of the 2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project - Area B/C; and WHEREAS, on March 22, 2010 the City Council adopted Resolution 7595 awarding a construction contract for the 2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project - Area B/C to Northwest Asphalt, Inc. of Shakopee, Minnesota for $2,961,311.05; and WHEREAS, a Schedule of Cost for private improvements in the Street and Utility Improvement Project - Area B/C has been developed and the Schedule of Payment adopted with Resolution 7415 remains unchanged. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: The Schedule of Costs attached as Exhibit A is hereby approved for the private improvements in the 2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project - Area B/C as associated with the Private Improvement Program adopted as Resolution 7415. 2. The Schedule of Payment will remain unchanged from that adopted with the Private Improvement Program adopted as Resolution 7415. Adopted this 12th day of April, 2010.
