RESOLUTION NO. 7605 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />QUTHORIZING THE HIRE OF JAREN ZECH <br />TO THE POSITION OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE OFFICER (PSO) <br />WHEREAS, a current opening exists for the part time position of Public Service <br />Officer and the City Council has tentatively approved filling the position and; <br />WHEREAS, the Police Civil Service Commission has certified a new current <br />eligibility list of the top three names and the top candidate on the list is Jaren Zech and; <br />WHEREAS, staff from the police department have met with Mr. Zech and <br />recommend he be appointed to the part time position of Public Service Officer. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby approve the appointment of Jaren Zech to <br />the part time position of Public Service Officer at the step one rate of pay, $12.73 per hour <br />effective May 3, 2010. <br />Adopted this 26th day of April 2010. <br />J Flaherty, <br />ATTEST: ~G~.~~ ~~'~~~`~i~~~ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
