ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 842 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1301 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE <br />THAT REPLACES THE EXISTING FLOOD PLAIN ZONING LANGUAGE WITH ALL <br />NEW FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT LANGUAGE <br />On May 10, 2010, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance that replaces all <br />the existing City flood plain zoning language in the City Code with all new flood plain <br />management language. <br />The ordinance is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the Clerk <br />Administrator.
