Subd. 7. Persons on Premises: No person may remain on a premises licensed for on -sale intoxicating liquors or wine pursuant to this Chapter thirty (30) minutes after the sale of intoxicating liquors is prohibited by laws unless said person is the licensee or an employee of the licensee and is engaged in the business or occupation relative to the licensed activity. Subd. 8. Consumption in Parking Lots: No person may loiter or consume or have in their possession any bottle or receptacle containing intoxicating or nonintoxicating 3.2 percent malt liquors on any premises licensed for the on -sale or off -sale of intoxicating liquors while outside of the building or structure located on the licensed premises, including but not limited to parking lots, driveways and landscaped areas, as well as steps, passageways or vestibules located outside of said building or structure, except as provided by Sections 502.03, Subdivision 8 7 and 503.03, Subdivision 1(c).
