The license shall specify thc date, time and place and <br />premises of the special event. A special event 3.2 perccnt malt liquor license is not <br />Subd. 4 3. Temporary On -Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License /Festival In thc Park, <br />Temporary on -sale 3.2 Percent Mmalt Lliquor licenses may be issued to a holder of <br />502 or 503 of the Municipal Codc, or to a club, charitable, religious erganizatien, or <br />non profit organization for not more than two (2) consecutive days. Such license will <br />permit the licensee to dispense 3.2 Percent Mmalt Lliquor at the Festival In thc Park <br />Community Festival conducted on the premises located at 2101 Highway 10 at any <br />civic event sponsored by or approved by the City. The licensee must be engaged to <br />dispense 3.2 Percent Mmalt Lliquor at the event held by a person or organization <br />permitted to use the premises, and may dispense 3.2 Percent Mmalt Lliquor only to <br />persons attending the event. The licensee may not dispense 3.2 Percent Mmalt <br />Lliquor to any person attending or participating in an amateur athletic event held on <br />the premises. Proof of financial responsibility Abe is required in accordance with <br />Code Section 503.07, subdivision 1(e). (Ord. 619, 4- 27 -98) <br />503.04: ELIGIBILITY FOR LICENSE: <br />Subd. 1. Persons Ineligible for License; Exceptions: No license shall be granted to any <br />person: <br />a. Who is a minor under the age of 21. <br />b. Who within five years of the license application has been convicted of a felony or <br />of violating the National Prohibition Act or a willful violation of a federal or any law <br />of this State or local ordinance relating to the manufacture, sale, distribution, or <br />possession for sale or distribution of an alcoholic beverage or transportation of <br />intoxicating liquors <br />c. Who is has a direct or indirect interest in a manufacturer, brewer or wholesaler of <br />beer or who is interested in the control of any place where beer is manufactured. <br />Council. <br />Page 21 <br />
