Subd. 2. Floor Plan: The application shall provide a floor plan of the interior of all <br />structures on the premises. Such plan shall show the dimensions and the intended <br />arrangement and use of all interior space. (1988 Code §100.03) <br />502.06: LICENSE FEES: <br />Subd. 1. Payment Required: Each application for an intoxicating liquor or wine license <br />shall be accompanied by a receipt from the Municipal Oly Finance <br />Director /Treasurer for payment in full of the required fee for the license. All fees <br />shall be paid into the General Fund of the Municipality Cam. Upon rejection of any <br />application for a license, the Finance Director /Treasurer shall refund the amount paid <br />less the amount established by resolution of the City Council for investigation of the <br />applicant's qualifications. <br />Subd. 2. Fees: <br />a. The annual fee for an on -sale intoxicating liquor license without cabaret, an <br />on -sale intoxicating liquor license with cabaret and an on -sale wine license shall be <br />established by resolution of the City Council and shall be paid prior to June 30 of <br />each year, or one -half (1/2) of the fee may be paid prior to June 30 and the other <br />one -half (1/2) paid prior to December 31. <br />b. The annual fee for all other intoxicating liquor licenses shall be established by <br />resolution of the City Council and shall be paid in full prior to June 30 of each year. <br />(1988 Code 100.04) <br />c. The fees required for the temporary licenses described in Section 502.03, <br />subdivisions 6 and 7 and the special outdoor consumption endorsement described in <br />Section 502.03, subdivision 7 shall be established by resolution of the City Council <br />and shall be paid prior to the effective date of the license or endorsement. The annual fee for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license shall be reduced by <br />$100.00 if at the time of application and before any renewal, the licensee: <br />1. Agrees to have a private vendor approved by the City train all of its <br />employees within 60 days of hire and annually thereafter in laws pertaining to <br />the sale of alcohol, the rules for identification checks, and the responsibilities <br />of establishments serving intoxicating liquors; <br />2. Posts a policy requiring identification checks for all persons ap e aring to <br />be 30 years old or less; and <br />Page 8 <br />
