Stat. §331 A.02, §331 A.07, and <br />other applicable laws as amended. <br />(B) The printed public notice that is attached <br />was published in the newspaper once <br />each week, for one successive <br />week(s); it was first published on <br />Thursday, the 20 day of May <br />2010, and was thereafter printed and <br />published on every Thursday to and <br />including Thursday, the day of <br />, 2010; and printed <br />below is a copy of the lower case alpha- <br />bet from A to Z, both inclusive, which is <br />hereby acknowledged as being the size <br />and kind of type used in the composition <br />and publication of the notice: <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 500 OF <br />THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE <br />REGARDING BUSlNESS LICENSE <br />REGULATIONS <br />On May 10, 2010, the Mounds View City <br />Council adopted Ordinance 843 which <br />amends Chapters 502 and 503 of the <br />Mounds View City Code regarding Liquor <br />Licenses. <br />The referenced ordinance represents a com- <br />prehensive revision to the liquor license <br />chapters in an effort to make necessary <br />updates, eliminate confusing or inconsistent <br />provisions and to incorporate new legisla- <br />tion. <br />The Ordinance was first read on April 26, <br />2010, was adopted on May 10, 2010, was <br />published on May 20, 2010 and will become <br />effective on June 19, 2010. <br />The ordinance is on file and available for <br />public viewing at the office of the Clerk <br />Administrator.
