RESOLUTION 7628 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />FOR VINO & STOGIES LOCATED AT 2345 COUNTY ROAD H2 <br />WHEREAS, Vino & Stogies's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Vino & Stogies's Intoxicating Liquor License, <br />pending a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension <br />(BCA). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Vino & Stogies for the period of July 1, 2010 <br />to June 30, 2011, contingent on a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of <br />Criminal Apprehension (BCA). <br />Adopted this 14th day of June, 2010. <br />e Flaherty, <br />ATTEST: <br />~ G/ti'~-~.d ~~~Z.i~l,d~~'L~'" <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
