RESOLUTION 7624 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Moe's Located at 2400 Highway 10 <br />WHEREAS, Moe's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Moe's is requesting to sell intoxicating liquor outdoors; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials to include the application outdoor <br />liquor consumption; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Moe's On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License with <br />Outdoor Liquor Endorsement contingent on full payment of county property taxes by October 12, <br />2010, full payment of utility bill, and satisfactory background check. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License (with Outdoor Liquor Endorsement) to Moe's forthe <br />period of July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, pending full payment of their property taxes by October 12, <br />2010, full payment of utility bill, and a satisfactory background check from the Minnesota Bureau of <br />Criminal Apprehension (BCA). <br />Adopted this 14th day of June, 2010. <br />J Flaherty, <br />ATTEST: <br />~l C~vv~.,(./~ ~~?~.JJ ~.~,. <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
