RESOLUTION 7626 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />The Mermaid <br />Located at 2200 County Highway 10 <br />WHEREAS, The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of The Mermaid's On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br />License contingent on full payment of applicable property taxes and SewerAvailability Charge Fee <br />(SAC) fees, and a satisfactory fire inspection by July 30, 2010. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to The Mermaid for the period of July 1, 2010 to <br />June 30, 2011, contingent on of full payment applicable property taxes and SAC fees, and a <br />satisfactory fire inspection by July 30, 2010. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if a satisfactory fire inspection is <br />not completed by July 30, 2010, then this may be grounds for Suspension or Revocation under <br />§502.16 of the Mounds View City Code. <br />Adopted this 28th day of June, 2010. <br />Jo lahe , ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />J ~~ ~~~~ti <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
