March 22, 2010 City Council Meeting Minutes. <br />Motion carried. <br />MOTIONl5ECOND: Gunn/Hull. To approve the March 22, 2010, City Council Meeting <br />Minutes as corrected on Page 1, Line 38, asked that "Sun Times" be changed to "Sun Focus." <br />11. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 <br />REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br />There were no reports at this time. <br />B. Reports of Staff. <br />1. Police Department Quarterly Report. <br />Motion carried. <br />Deputy Police Chief Kinney presented the Police Department first quarter report. He reviewed <br />several highlights with the Council stating that arrests and calls for service were up in 2010 <br />compared to 2009. Theft and fraud continue to be the top crimes in the City. Discussion ensued <br />regarding the concerns of bullying in the City schools. <br />
