Mounds View City Council February 12, 2007 <br />Regular Meeting Page 18 <br />Public Works Director Lee indicated that it may be for Random Park to change the handicap • <br />accessible door. <br />Mayor Marty asked what the training is for on Page 32. <br />Mayor Marty asked about the Wells Fargo Lease payment. <br />Director Ericson indicated the lease is for the photocopier. <br />Council Member Hull asked for information on the Qwest phone number trace. <br />Chief Sommer indicated that would be for obtaining information on a phone number during an <br />investigation. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Mueller. To Approve the Just and Correct Claims as Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />Council Member Flaherty asked to have Staff add the code for the department and a little more <br />description for clarity. <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES • <br />A. City Council Minutes October 9, 2007 <br />Mayor Marty requested that the words "hearing no further comments prior to closing a public <br />hearing be added for all public hearings. On Page 4 on Line 17 he would like clarification of <br />what the word "roll" means in that statement from Mr. Beer. <br />Staff will look into it and correct that part as necessary. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Flaherty. To Approve the October 9, 2007 City Council Meeting <br />Minutes as Amended by Submissions of City Council Members. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />B. January 8, 2007 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor Marty indicated that he had called his changes into Staff. He then said that on Page 11, <br />bottom Paragraph he did add some things that he had said previously and read them for Council. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the January 8, 2007 City Council Meeting <br />Minutes as Amended by Council Member Submission. • <br />
