Resolution 7023 Accepting Donation from Bethlehem Baptist Church <br />Council Member Stigney said that he was under the impression that equipment was donated by <br />the Lions for the Community Center. <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that would be equipment used in the gym for preschool <br />classes and not the large playground equipment but things like balls, hula hoops and mats. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Stigney. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7023 <br />Accepting Donation from Bethlehem Baptist Church. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays- 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />E. Resolution 7025 Adopting Council Pay 2007-01 Establishing a Policy for <br />Citizen Agenda Items <br />• <br />Council Member Stigney said that he recalled that Council was going to bring this to a work <br />session to determine whether Council wanted this on the Agenda. <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that this item was discussed at the February 5, 2007 work <br />session. <br />Mayor Marty said that waiting to the work session could delay items that may be pressing to <br />
