Reports of City Attorney <br />City Attorney Itiggs indicated that the City has been approached again by the Silver Lake Woods <br />Condo Association to accept the private roads in that community. He then said that he responded <br />by letter today and the issue is that the roads were constructed in the early 1990s and are not to <br />City standards at this time and Council decided not to accept the roads until they have been <br />brought up to standards. <br />Mayor Marty noted that the Annual Town Hall meeting is Saturday, April 14, 2007 from 9:00 <br />a.m, to Noon at the Cornmunity Center. <br />12. Next Council Work Session: Monday, Apri12, 2007, at 7 p.m. <br />Next Council Meeting: Monday, Apri19, 2Q07 at 7 p.m. <br />13.
