He <br />then said that the intent in the flow charts help clarify but he still has the concern about adding <br />language to clarify an option that the petition does not proceed through the process if it does not <br />have the right number of signatures. <br />Mayor Marty opened the public hearing. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 7103, for an Off Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor <br />License Renewal for SuperAmerica Located at 2640 County Road I in <br />Mounds View <br />Assistant to the Administrator Crane explained that SuperAmerica had contemplated not <br />renewing its 3.2 Malt Liquor License but, has decided to renew. All required application <br />materials have been submitted and all required reviews done. Staff recommends receiving public <br />comment and approval of the renewal. <br />Mayor Marty opened the public hearing at 7:55 p.m. <br />Hearing no public comment, Mayor Marty closed the public hearing at 7:55 p.m. <br />~ <br />
