MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. ROLL CALL: Stigney, Hull, Flaherty, Mueller, and Mariy (arrived at 6:27 p.m.) <br />NOT PRESENT: None. <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />• A. Monday, August 13, 2007 City Council Agenda <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, August 13, 2007 City Council <br />Agenda as Amended. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />Mayor Marty was not present for the vote. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Dick Palmetier of 7639 Edgewood Drive addressed Council and said that he spoke with Mr, <br />Ericson regarding his concerns about the addresses of the Community Center, City Hall, <br />ballfields and ballfield watering. Mr. Palmetier indicated that between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. it <br />was witnessed by him that the ballfield was being watered but it is on the west side of the road <br />and the question raised is why City Hall and the City of Mounds View would violate its own <br />watering regulations. <br />Mr. Palmetier commented that the Community Center and Ballfields have the greenest lawns on <br />the street and he thinks that the City should be setting a good example by not watering on the <br />wrong days. <br />~ Council Member Stigney indicated that the Resolution implementing the Tier II restrictions is <br />being discussed tonight. <br />
