Resolution 7130, Renumbering Incorrectly Numbered Resolutions <br />8002, 8003, 8004 and 8005 to Resolutions 7131, 7132, 7133, and 7134, <br />Respectively <br />Council Member Mueller asked if the City knows how this happened. <br />Community Development Director Ericson indicated there was a type of glitch in the program <br />that caused numbering issues, but the program has been fixed. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Stigney. JUST AND CORI2ECT CLAIMS <br />Council Member Flaherty asked for clarification on the Cathy Smith permit refund. <br />Community Development Director Ericson explained that the resident applied for a refund for a <br />building permit previously requested, as her plans changed and she submitted for a different <br />permit. <br />Council Member Flaherty asked if this is the final City HaII rehabilitation invoice. <br />Finance Director Beer indicated that this would be partial payment. <br />Public Works Director Lee indicated that the City is retaining $5,000 due to an issue with <br />insulating the pipes. <br />Council Member Flaherty asked about the Clean Response charge for $593.78. He then asked <br />what happened. <br />Public Works Director Lee indicate that there was a sewer backup at that location, as a contractor <br />• hit the sanitary sewer line and caused it to back up. Director Lee explained that the City will be <br />marking all utilities when there is work to be done near them to avoid issues like this in the <br />future. <br />
