Resolution 7158, A Resolution Establishing the Process for Determiniag the Sufficiency of Petitions Pursuant to City Charter Interim Administrator Ericson reviewed the Resolution outlining the process for determining the sufficiency of petitions pursuant to the Charter. Interim Administrator Ericson read the criteria indicating those criteria are that the number of signatures must match, the signatures must be original and not photocopied, required information required by sponsoring members must be listed, and at least 80% must be legitimate on their face or upon validation. •
