Resolution 7172 Authorizing Execution oF Consent Letter for T-Mobile <br />Equipment Addition <br />Council Member Flaherty requested that Item B be removed for discussion. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Flaherty. To Approve Consent Agenda Items A, and C as <br />Presented. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />B. Resolution 71'70 Approving Reapportionment of Assessments for <br />Scotland Green Apartments <br />Council Member Flaherty asked for an explanation of this request. <br />Finance Director Beer explained that this is an administrative request from the County since <br />there has been a request to consolidate the assessments into one single assessment. <br />. MOTTON/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7170, <br />Approving Reapportionment of Assessments for Scotland Green Apartments. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br />Council Member Flaherty asked if the new squad equipment was budgeted for. Staff explained <br />that it was. <br />Council Member Flaherty, on Page 10 for the pencils. Staff explained that these pencils were <br />purchased with the DARE funds and these are pencils that are handed out to the students. <br />Acting Mayor Stigney, on Page 71awn care and he would like to know if this is the last lawn <br />mowing at 8310 Eastwood Road. <br />Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that this does not include the mowing done at 8310 <br />Eastwood Road. <br />Acting Mayor Stigney said that he would like to review the work done by this contractor to <br />ensure that the job is being done properly; otherwise, the City should locate another contractor. <br />• MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve Just and Correct Claims as Presented. <br />
