RESOLUTION NO. 7642 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Appointing Freddy Duane Martin <br />to the <br />Streets and Utilities Committee <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Board, Commission and Committees consist of <br />members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the majority of the City Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Streets and Utilities Committee has one vacant term seat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Freddy Duane Martin who <br />is interested in becoming a member on the Streets and Utilities Committee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, approves the appointment of Freddy Duane Martin to the <br />Streets and Utilities Committee, with a term expiration of December 31, 2012. <br />Adopted this 12t" day of July, 2010. <br />[c~ <br />Jo Flahe , or <br />ATTEST: <br />JG~..e,o ~'_-~ 8~'l.~ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(sea!) <br />
