Car Show Awards Presentation <br />Council Member Mueller indicated over 100 vehicles took part in the 4th Annual Mounds View <br />Car and Tractor Show. She and Mayor Flaherty presented several awards to three car owners <br />that were not presented at the event. <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. 7:05 p.m. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 7662, a Conditional Use <br />Permit for an Oversized Garage at 8191 Spring Lake Road. <br />Planning Associate Heller explained the applicants, Robert & Lori Nordby, are requesting <br />approval of a conditional use permit to construct an oversized garage on their property at 8191 <br />Spring Lake Road.
