RESOLUTION NO. 490 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on <br />the 22nd day of June 1970 at 8:30 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following <br />members p Rustad, Malvin, Blanchard, Neisen <br />and the following member absent: Hodges <br />Councilman Malvin moved the following: <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF <br />ARDAN AVENUE AND SUNNYSIDE DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to a request and petition by certain <br />property owners the Village Council agreed to hold a hearing to <br />determine whether or not certain portions of Ardan Avenue and <br />Sunnyside Drive as dedicated and /or as acquired should be vacated <br />for street purposes and, <br />WHEREAS, a hearing was held pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statute 412.851, preceded by two weeks' published and posted notice, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, no objections were presented to the Village <br />Council in person or in writing, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that those portions of <br />Ardan Avenue and Sunnyside Drive more fully described hereafter, <br />are hereby vacated pursuant to law: <br />The S 32.5' of the following described property: <br />Lot 3 and Lot 4. Plink Addition. <br />An easement for road purposes over the following <br />described property: subject to Eastwood Road, the <br />N 101.25' of the S 708.75' of the E 528' of the <br />W 1584' of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30, <br />Range 23; said easement being described as the W <br />25' o; the N 7.95' of said property and also that <br />part of said property lying W of a curved line with <br />a radius of 45' and whose center is on the W line <br />of said property and 45' N of the SW corner thereof. <br />
