Dated: June 29, 1970 NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VACATION PROCEEDING. I, Dennis S. Zylla, Clerk- Administrator of the Village of Mounds View, hereby state as follows: 1. That on the 22nd day of June 1970 at 8:30 o'clock P.M., the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View vacated the following described property pursuant to the authority granted to it under Minnesota Statutes 412.851, following two weeks' published and posted notice. An easement for road purposes over the following described pxJperty: subject to Eastwood Road, the N 101.25' of the S 708.75' of the E 528' of the W 1584' of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23; said easement being described as the W 25' of the N 7.95' of said property and also that part of said property lying W of a curved line with a radius of 45' and whose center is on the W line of said property and 45' N of the SW corner thereof. The E 25' of the following described property; except Red Oak Drive, the N 140' of the S 950' of the E 528' of the W 1056' of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23 in Ramsey County. The W 25' of the S 172.5' of the following described property; except Eastwood Road the N 405' of the S 1215' of the E 528' of the W 1584'' of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23. Description of right -of -way The W 25' of the following described property; subject to Eastwood Road the N 101.25' of the S 810' of the E 528' of the W 1584' of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
