RE.:SOLUTION #1 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FI AL PLANS <br />WU REAS, at a meeting of the Village Council of Mounds View and <br />upon the recommendation of the Village Engineer, Otto Bonestroo, held on <br />June 11, 1958, <br />NOW TTIERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Mounds <br />View: <br />1. Such an improvement that has been recommended by the Village <br />Engineer relative to the proposed improvement of Edlewood Drive is <br />hereby adopted. <br />2. That appropriate publications shall be made in the Construction <br />Bulletin and legal newspaper as directed by the Village Attorney. <br />3. Said notices shall be published June 18 and 19 and the bids will <br />be open in the Village Hall on July 1, 1958 at 9:00 o'clock P.M.. Said <br />improvement shall be paid by assessment of benefited property owners and /or <br />from general funds. <br />The above resolution was moved by Sullivan and seconded by Achterkirch <br />and was duly passed and adopted this 11th day of June, 1958. <br />Clerk, Martha Irvine <br />James W.
