2 <br />Clerk, Martha Irvine <br />RESOLUTION 2 <br />RESOLTUION APPROVING FINAL PLANS <br />WHEREAS, at a meeting of the Village Council of Mounds View <br />and upon the recommendation of the Village Engineer, Otto Bonestroo, <br />held on June 11, 1958, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View: <br />1. The improvement on Bronson Drive between the intersection <br />of Bronson Drive and Quincy Street west to the intersection of <br />Bronson Drive and Adams Street requiring the estahtishment of a <br />Hill size street which necessitates regrading, widening, and resurfacing <br />according to the specifications set up by the Village Engineer, Otto <br />Bonestroo, is hereby adopted. <br />2. The appropriate publications shall be made in the Construction <br />Bulletin and legal newspaper June 18 and 19 for said road improvement <br />in the amount of $2500. <br />3. Said notices shall be published June 18 and 19 and the bids <br />will be open in the Village Hall on July 1, 1958 at 9:30 o'clock P.L. <br />Said improvement shall be paid by assessment of benefited property <br />owners and /or from general funds. <br />The above resolution was moved by Achterkirch and seconded by <br />Sullivan and was duly passed and adopted this llth day of June, 1958. <br />/IL C 649 <br />or, James W.'
