Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #3 <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING ACTS OF THE TOWN <br />BOARD AND ADOPTING ALL TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Founds View that <br />the Village ratify all actions taken on its behalf by the Town Board of <br />Mounds View. <br />FURTHER, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Village of Mounds View adopt <br />all of the ordinances enacted by the Town of Mounds View. <br />The above resolution was moved by Sullivan and seconded by <br />Achterkirch and was duly passed and adopted this 1].th day of June, 1958. <br />Martha Irvine <br />1 r, James W.
