RESOLUTION i 14 <br />CLASSIFYING CERTAIN LANDS <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution <br />dated August 18, 1958, classified as nonconservation land a certain parcel lying <br />within the limits of the Village of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution, together with <br />a list of the land classified, has been submitted for approval of the classification <br />and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, Subdivision <br />1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the classification of the land shown on <br />said list as nonconservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; <br />and <br />BE IT FURTF`ER RESOLVED That the Village Clerk be and hereby is directed to <br />file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Auditor. <br />ATTEST: <br />7) )a,,rhu <br />VILLAGE CLERK <br />MAYOR <br />
