Smit <br />RESOLUTION #16 <br />AUTTORIZING TEE ExEC?'TION <br />OF A FIRE PROTECTION COARA"T. <br />1 <br />?;F ?EREAS, The Village of Mounds View desires to enter into a contract to <br />furnish fire protection service with the Spring Lake Park Fire Department, nnd, <br />FIFIEREAS, mutually satisfactory a.rr3rgements have been proposed for that <br />purpose and reduced to —riting in a proposed written contract; <br />NOW, T "BEFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of Mounds View, Minnesota: <br />1. The proposed contract for fire protection with the Spring Lake Park <br />Fire Department is hereby approved. A copy of this contract is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein. <br />2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />the attached contract in the name and on behalf of the Village. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 20th day of January, 1959. <br />,z/‹.
