RESOLTJTION 18 <br />RESOLUTION TO SELL THE VILLAGE HALL <br />AND PARKING LOT O'; iTED BY THE VILLAGE <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />At a r?gular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />duly held on the 2nd day of February, 1959, the following resolution wa <br />John Sullivan and seconded by Melford Christensen, to -wit: <br />WPEREAS, The Village of Arden Hills and the Township of Mounds View entered <br />into an Earnest Money Contract of Sale for the sale of the following premises: <br />That part of the NE of the Nod of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23 <br />described as follows, to -wit: <br />Commencing at a point 80 rods east from the Northwest corner <br />of Sec. 22, Township 30, Range 23, thence running East 147.5 <br />feet; thence South at right angles 147.5 feet;. thence West at <br />right angles 147.5 feet; thence North to the place of beginning <br />147.5 feet, except the East 50 feet thereof and subject to the <br />use of the North 51 feet thereof for highway purposes;, and <br />The South 54.88 feet of the North 202.38 feet of the West 97.5 <br />feet, except the Easterly 10 feet thereof, of said Northeast <br />of the Northwest 1; <br />On the 23rd day of April, 1958. <br />The Village of Arden Hills, paid to the Township of Mounds View Twenty <br />Five Dollars ($25.00) as earnest money and in part payment for the purchase <br />of the said property. The Township of Mounds View agreed to sell the above <br />described property for the sum of Ninety Five Hundred Dollars ($9500.00) On' <br />terms as follows: <br />Twenty -five Dollars ($25.00) cash, and the balance of the Ninety -four <br />Hundred and seventy -five Dollars ($9,475.00) by the payment of Five <br />Thous'nd Dollars ($5,000) cash on delivery of a Warranty Deed conveying <br />good and marketable title to the aforesaid property, subject only to <br />the rights of the Village of Arden Hills therein, and the balance of <br />Four'thousand Four Hundred and seventy -five Dollars ($4,475.00) within <br />six months from the date of delivery of said Warranty Deed, pursuant to <br />the terms of a promissory note in said amount to be delivered to the Seller <br />at the time of closing. Said note shall be in negotiatible form and <br />shall bear no interest until maturity, with interest at the rate of <br />6% per annum after maturity, and such other terms as will be found <br />in the earnest money contract. <br />
