38 <br />RESOLUTION 19 <br />At a regular .meeting; of the village council of the Village of Mounds View, duly <br />held on the 2nd day of February 1959, the following resolution was offered by John <br />Sullivan and seconded by Reuben Achterkirch to -wit: <br />WFIrU AS, it has come to the attention of the village council that certain <br />lands described as follows: <br />Subject to Long Lake Road; the South 14 feet of the Northeast 1 <br />of the Southeast of Section 7, Town hip. 30, Range 23 <br />became forfeited on July 23, 1958, for the nonpayment of taxes, <br />AND, W7ER AC, it is believed that this land forms a part of a village street <br />and is actually in use as a village street; and <br />WHEREAS, the land commissioner of the County of Ramsey has suggested that we <br />apply for such land; <br />NOW THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View apply for the above <br />described land pursuant to statute under the terms of Chapter 511, Laws of 1941. <br />Upon the call of the roll the following members voted in favor of the resolution: <br />Achterkirch, Smith, Christensen, Sullivan, Gibson. <br />The following members voted against its adoption: None. <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution adopted. <br />Dated this 2nd day of February, 1959. <br />Clerk, Earl E.
